PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of liquid crystal panel which does not cause breakage of sealant at the pressurizing, does not cause defective pressurizing due to the viscous resistance of liquid crystal and has the prescribed performance with the prescribed thickness in the liquid crystal dropping method and to provide a production device of liquid crystal panel therefor. SOLUTION: In this production device of liquid crystal panel, sealant is applied to the upper surface of the lower glass substrate of a pair of upper and lower glass substrates, liquid crystal is dropped to a liquid crystal storing part of the lower glass substrate, the upper glass substrate is placed on the prescribed position from above the lower glass substrate and is integrated into one body, thereafter, the upper and lower glass substrates are vertically pressurized and fixed and liquid crystal is thus enclosed between a pair of the upper and lower glass substrates. Therein, the integrated glass substrates are vertically pressurized via a pressing mask member having a sealant pressing projection part which is fitted to the shape of the sealant and, thereby, are press fixed.
