PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure wherein comfort of a living space is improved, while keeping ventilation efficiency, and an air conditioning load is reduced. SOLUTION: This ventilation unit 10 for ventilation of a plurality of rooms in a building 1 is provided with: a ventilation unit body 11; outside air introducing piping 12 for introducing the outside air into the ventilation unit body 11; outside air supply piping 13 for supplying the introduced outside air into the building; a suction port 17 for recovering the air inside the building to the ventilation unit body 11; and indoor air exhaust piping 14 for exhausting the recovered air to the outside. Each of the rooms is provided with an exhaust fan 18 which exhausts the indoor air to the outside, and since the balance among the indoor air amount exhausted by the indoor air exhaust piping 14, the indoor air amount exhausted by the exhaust fan 18 and the indoor air amount circulating through the outside air supply piping are adjustable, each room is fully ventilated, and since the air in each room is hard to enter another room, comfort of the living space is enhanced.
