PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the conventionally difficult in-furnace garbage stay quantity distribution and the combustion distribution in real time from an operating processed quantity, and to perform more detailed combustion control taking into consideration the furnace inside garbage stay distribution and the combustion distribution. SOLUTION: This in-furnace garbage stay distribution estimating method is composed of a linear numerical formula model for estimating a garbage input quantity and a garbage heating quantity by inputting a measuring processed quantity of an incinerator, and a nonlinear multistage numerical formula model for estimating the furnace inside garbage stay quantity distribution and the combustion distribution by inputting data on the estimated garbage input quantity and the garbage heating quantity. A furnace inside combustion control method and a device correct a preset value of a garbage moving speed (stoker operation), a garbage feeding speed, and the garbage heating quantity on the basis of data on the combustion heating quantity distribution, the stay garbage temperature distribution, and the stay garbage inside unburnt percentage distribution among the data on the furnace inside garbage stay quantity distribution and the combustion distribution estimated by the numerical formula model.
