PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive composition for an air filter having a small amount of out gas generated. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition for an air filter is obtained by dispersing a urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting castor oil (A) with an anionic salt-forming group-containing compound (B) containing at least one or more active hydrogen atoms and a stabilizer-free organic polyisocyanate (C) into water by neutralizing the urethane prepolymer with an alkali metal and/or an alkaline earth metal hydroxide.
