PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a polyolefin film wherein a weather resistance is retained and coloring is inhibited. SOLUTION: The polyethylene film contains 100 pts.wt. polyethylene resin (A), 0.001-1 pts.wt. phosphorous ester (B) of formula (I) and 0.01-1 pts.wt. weatherproofing agent (C) having a triazine ring within the molecule. The polyethylene resin (A) is a polyethylene resin composition containing 50-99 pts.wt. ethylene/α-olefin copolymer and 1-50 pts.wt. low density polyethylene obtained through high-pressure radical polymerization.
