PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor level difference eliminating mechanism eliminating the level difference of a floor without securing a large space. SOLUTION: When a person seating in a wheelchair in a state being shown in Figure 1 (A) and (B) enters inside a building from an entrance 14 of a building, the person seating in the wheelchair getting in a raising/lowering mount 20 with his/her seating in the wheelchair. Then, the person holds a handrail 24 and, for example, counterclockwise rotates it approximately 180°. The raising/ lowering mount 22 is raised to become the same height with a second floor surface 18 as shown in Figure 1 (C) and (D), a door 22 rotates approximately 180°from the side of the second floor surface 18, is positioned in the side of a first floor surface 16, and closes an opening 1402 of the entrance 14. This constitution raises the raising/lowering mount 22 to the same height of the second floor surface 18 and the door 22 retreats from the side of the second floor surface 18, so that the person seating in the wheelchair can advance from the raising/lowering mount 20 to the second floor surface 18 to enter inside the building.
