PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-managed transporting device for ribbons made of green rubber capable of maintaining each ribbon in a properly tensioned condition in transportation and keeping it at the specified temperature on the way of transportation. SOLUTION: The ribbon 22 made of green rubber is overlapped on an endless belt 18 running in one direction with the temperature put under management and transported while its 22 temperature is kept at the specified level. On the way of transportation of the ribbon 22, an expanding and contracting mechanism 17 is installed so as to expand and contract the length of the ribbon transporting path. Outside the ribbon 22 transporting path, an adjusting mechanism 30 is installed for adjusting the running length of the endless belt 18 in the transporting path in accordance with the expansion or contraction of the path length.
