PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hoisting accessory stopper device without deteriorating the efficiency of loading/unloading work. SOLUTION: The main shafts 51 of pulley moving mechanisms 41 and 42 are rotated in different directions, and the rotation is transmitted from a main crank arm 55 to a main crank pin 59. The intermediate parts in the vertical direction of main tilting arms 60 of the pulley moving mechanisms 41 and 42 are brought close to or separated from each other, and the tilting arms 60 are rotated with a connecting shaft 66 as the center of rotation. Then, according to the displacement of the upper end of each main tilting arm 60, the distance between a hoisting pulley 16 pivoted at a frame 65 of the pulley moving mechanism 41 and a hoisting pulley 17 pivoted at a frame 65 of the pulley moving mechanism 42 is extended/reduced. Accordingly, the balance of the geometrical force of a hoisting rope 11 can be maintained so that the intersection point of vectors of the hoisting rope 11 wound around each hoisting pulley 16 or 17 corresponds with the center of gravity of the hoisting accessory and a cargo.
