The present invention relates to an LED lighting fixing apparatus having a safety hook. The fixing apparatus comprises: a fixing unit formed to be coupled to an insertion groove formed in a frame with a sliding method; an elastic unit formed in an upper end of the fixing unit, and coupled to a fixing hole formed in a main body of a lighting to couple the frame to the main body of the lighting; a hook coupling groove formed in a floor surface of the fixing unit; and a safety hook composed of a fastening unit coupled to the hook coupling groove, and a latching unit formed to be latched in the fixing hole of the main body of the lighting.
