The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a silica gel composition nano liquid and a coating agent thereof for preventing alkali salty toxicity leaked from a cement wall from being leaked. The silica gel composition nano liquid is manufactured by selecting silica gel having the most excellent absorbing power among minerals, mixing manganese, caustic potash, and slaked lime at a constant ratio, and physicochemically dissolving the mixture. The manufactured functional silica gel nano liquid composition having an excellent sterilizing effect, antibacterial effect, and oxidizing power for an antifungal effect as well as an absorbing power is primarily deposited on a cement wall. In addition, a functional coating agent is manufactured by mixing artificial zenolite having an excellent absorbing power, red clay, activated clay, and powders at a constant ratio, and mixing the mixture with a polymer resin adhesive. The manufactured coating agent having excellent far infrared ray emissivity, absorbing power, and a deodorizing, antibacterial, and dehumidifying effect is secondarily coated on the cement wall in order to prevent alkali salty toxicity leaked from a cement wall from being leaked. |
