FIELD: means and methods for protection of non-metallic materials against biofailures, concerns protection of wood, mineral artificial building materials (plaster, gypsum board, brick) or building materials of natural stone, as well as paintwork against biocorrosion, caused by fungi, bacteria and other microorganisms, as well as by insects. SUBSTANCE: the offered means includes cartocide, surface-active agents, juglone and/or permetrin or ciper-metrin and/or glysol. Offered also is the method of protection by the mentioned means of wood, mineral and artificial building materials or building materials of natural stone by processing them by the methods of immersion in a solution, spraying or smearing by a brush, as well as protection of paintwork by introduction of the offered means in them.
