PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an inexpensive cushioning material capable of being recycled, having high freedom in the shape and the size, hardly causing set, hardly tiring a person even after using the material for a long time, having excellent impact resistance, load resistance or the like, and suitable for an article or the like on which a person sits, sleeps or rides, such as a seat for an automobile, a motorcycle, a bicycle, a train, an airplane or the like, a saddle for horse riding, a chair, a sofa and a bed, and comprising a resin molded product in a spring structure at a cost reduced by simplifying a production installation. SOLUTION: The resin molded product 30 in the spring structure is clamped by pushing down a male mold 14 by a pantograph jack 15. The pantograph jack 15 can be not only manually operated but also automatically operated by attaching a motor 15a. The cavity 12 of a female mold 11 is set to a size for a deep drawing to allow the thickness of the cushioning material 1 to be changed by the degree of the stroke of the male mold 14 by the pantograph jack 15 even by using only one kind of the mold because the mold has a margin.
