(METH)ACRYLATE COMPOUND AND CURE PRODUCT THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a (meth)acrylate resin excellent in heat resistance and electrical characteristics. SOLUTION: The (meth)acrylate compound is obtained by converting an end of a bifunctional polyphenylene ether oligomer into a (meth)acrylate and exhibits high reactivity. The cured product thereof exhibits well-balanced properties such as a high glass transition temperature, a low permittivity and a low dielectric dissipation factor while holding excellent properties inherited from the polyphenylene ether.
