PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reusability of a component program by absorbing the difference of data formats without making complicate the structure of each component program concerning the reference of data between the component programs. SOLUTION: Data are not directly transferred between a reference side program 20 and a public side program 10, but a management program 30 is interposed for the reference processing of data. The management program 30 converts public data registered from the public side program 10 into reference data requested from the reference side program 20, and outputs the reference data by referring to a registering table 21 and a corresponding program 32. That is, a function for absorbing the difference of the data formats is realized by the management program 30 being an exclusive program in the program structure, and made independent of the public side program 10 or the reference side program 20.
