FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has stator mounted in casing and member movable relative to the stator under electromagnetic force and spring force. The member travels between the first and the second position increasing or reducing liquid chamber provided with opening for sucking-in and discharging liquid. The movable member has recesses and projections on the side facing the stator. The recesses and projections match stator recesses and projections providing movable-member-to-stator abutment.
