METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality liquid crystal panel wherein a seal located in a portion hardly transmitting light due to that electrodes are thinned and densified can be cured uniformly in a short time without deteriorating display characteristics.

SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the liquid crystal panel by using a liquid crystal dropping process, the UV seal is cured while keeping the in-plane temperature distribution of a substrate within ≤±5°C from the point of time for beginning heating up to the point of time for obtaining equilibrium temperature when the substrate is heated.
