<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan changing method for coping with a plan change of a manufacturing schedule when an anomaly occurs. <P>SOLUTION: Process information with respect to a product of a material in process in occurrence of the anomaly is inputted through an inputting part. Halt information of a manufacturing facility not working due to the anomaly is inputted through the inputting part. Information of a product to be an alternative to the product scheduled to be manufactured which can not be manufactured anymore due to the anomaly is inputted through the inputting part. The initially planned manufacturing schedule is changed on the basis of manufactured product information, the process information of the material in process, the halt information of the manufacturing facility and the information of the alternative product collected by instructions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
