PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide floor heating structure for a Tatami (rush) mat room, a planar base material for electric supply, and heating Tatami mats that electrically connect a plurality of heating Tatami mats in an extremely easy manner. SOLUTION: This floor heating structure for the Tatami mat room is provided with the heating Tatami mats 2 and the planar base material 3 for electric supply. Each heating Tatami mat 2 is provided with a planar heating body 8 inside, and an electrode part 9 for electric supply to the planar heating body 8, at the lower face. The planar base material 3 is laid on the lower face side of a plurality of heating Tatami mats 2, and provided at the upper face with electrode parts 11, etc., electrically connected to the lower face electrode parts 9 of the respective heating Tatami mats 2, and a wiring part 12 extending from the electrode parts 11, etc. A plurality of heating Tatami mats 2 are placed on the planar base material 3 so as to electrically connect the electrodes 9, 11 to each other.
