PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering control device for a vehicle for positively supporting the correction of a vehicle behavior by a driver when the vehicle is brought into an unstable state such as spinning. SOLUTION: A correction torque Tac is calculated based on a deviation between a target yaw rate calculated by using a lateral acceleration Gy and a vehicle speed Vb and an actual yaw rate, and while the side slip of the vehicle is increasing in a spinning direction or tends to increase, a motor drive torque for supplementing the steer torque of a steering wheel is corrected by a correction torque Tac in a direction for suppressing a turning.
