PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition having a dihydrobenzoxazine ring improved in moldability and curability without deteriorating various characteristics such as deterioration of mechanical characteristics, and its cured product. SOLUTION: The thermosetting resin composition and its cured product contain a thermosetting resin (A) as an essential component wherein a softening point obtained by heat-polymerization of a thermosetting resin having a monofunctional dihydrobenzoxazine ring synthesized from monofunctional phenols, a primary amine and an aldehyde is 80-130°C.
