PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and high-detection-performance load detecting device for a working vehicle on an elevated place. SOLUTION: The working vehicle on the elevated place having a working table 50 on the tip portion of a raising/lowering device 10 is provided with a raising/lowering cylinder 21 raising/lowering a second mast relative to a first mast in the base side; a first chain member provided in the second mast, connecting the first mast to a third mast via a sprocket, and raising/lowering the third mast according to the second mast; and a load detecting device 80 detecting load of the working table in a connecting part between the first chain member and the third mast. This load detecting device 80 is provided with a rotary member 81 rotationally attached to the third mast, a spring 84 applying an energizing force in the tangential direction in a prescribed distance apart from the rotation center of the rotary member 81, and a length detector 85 detecting the rotation of the rotary member 84 in the reverse direction to the energizing force; and connected to the rotary member 81 in a position where a tensile force applying to the first chain member applies a moment in the reverse direction to the energizing force.
