PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide resin composition for use in sliding parts having excellent strength and rigidity, having low friction and low abrasion properties, and having excellent fatigue properties, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: This polyamide resin composition is obtained by blending, with a polyamide resin and an apatite compound, a master batch prepared by melt- blending a polyamide resin and a metal salt of a higher aliphatic acid/an ester compound of a higher aliphatic acid and a higher alcohol, wherein the relative viscosity in a 98% sulfuric acid (1 g/100 ml) ηr is 3.5-6.0.
