The turbo compressor of the present invention comprises: a motor housing; a stator placed in the motor housing; a rotor rotated by the stator; a shaft installed on the rotor; an impeller connected to the shaft; a bearing housing with a cylinder unit surrounding a part of the shaft and protruding, which is combined with the motor housing; an air foil bearing installed on the inner circumference of the cylinder unit to support the shaft; and a bearing housing cooling tube which is installed between the motor housing and the bearing housing to penetrate one among the motor housing and the bearing housing, faces the outer circumference of the cylinder unit by an outlet end through which cooling fluid is sprayed, and is distanced from the outer circumference of the cylinder unit. The cooling fluid can cool down the air foil bearing through the cylinder unit, and the cooling fluid flowing into the air foil bearing can be minimized to maintain the bearing capability of the air foil bearing. |
