FIELD: load lifting equipment, namely stoppers of lifting mechanisms of load lifting machines. SUBSTANCE: stopper includes hydraulic system with non-return valve. According to invention hydraulic system is provided with gear hydraulic pump whose drive shaft supports pinion engaging with gear wheel rigidly secured to shaft of drive unit of mechanism for lifting load. Hydraulic system is also provided with two closed circuits; first circuit includes above mentioned pump and non-return valve; second circuit includes said hydraulic pump and regulated throttle. Non-return valve is mounted in such a way that liquid may flow through it in one direction for free rotation of gears of hydraulic pump at lifting load and said valve is closed by liquid flowing in opposite direction upon descending load and upon arresting load in said position at closed throttle. Throttle opens for descending load at flowing liquid in said opposite direction. Hydraulic system may also have compensating tank with liquid and with two additional valves for connecting said tank with first and second circuits of hydraulic system for afterfilling its circuits with liquid. EFFECT: lowered energy consumption for descending load, increased useful life period of stopper, simplified control of load descending. 2 cl, 5 dwg |
