FIELD: conveyor system. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems consisting of gear number of conveyors. Control over conveyor system containing great containing number of conveyors, each furnished with control unit, is effected basing on data on conveyor condition. Each conveyor is communication only with adjoining conveyors which, in their turn are in communication with their neighbor conveyors, etc. Communication encloses control units of each conveyor transmitting and receiving control information. Said information is formed on basis of data on condition of conveyor proper and control information received from adjoining conveyors. Control signals to operate conveyor are formed on basis of data on condition of conveyor proper and control information received by conveyor control unit from control units of adjacent conveyors. Control units can be standardized and made with sizes to provide communication with maximum number of adjoining conveyors. Installation for packing cellulose in bales contains such conveyor system. EFFECT: improved accuracy of control of system owing to reduction of engineering work and, consequently, expenses. 9 cl, 4 dwg |
