FIELD: power engineering; transformation of energy of waves. SUBSTANCE: proposed motor contains pair of pontoons connected with central inertial barge. Each pontoons is capable of turning relative to barge under action of ocean swell or waves. Pump connected between each pontoon and barge converts movement of pontoon into water pressure energy. Improved mechanism is provided for power takeoff and damping for transforming received energy of low frequency into higher frequency energy for use in generator, turbine, reverse osmosis plant, etc. Hydraulic system is used to transform energy into unidirectional form for delivery in form of noninterrupter flow of water under pressure for execution of work.
