<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control unit for a display device which can freely control the electric power of the display device. <P>SOLUTION: The power control unit has an input operation part 34 which performs settings so that the transition time of the ON state to the OFF state of the power source 29 of a CRT 26 or vice versa and the luminance of the display screen of the CRT 26 and the volume of a sound outputted from a loudspeaker 28 in the transition time and a processing part 32 which controls the ON/OFF state of the power source 29, the luminance of the display screen of the CRT 26, and the sound volume of the loudspeaker 28 according to the transition time set through the input operation part 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
