<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the operating state on a safety level by monitoring the output of LD (laser diode) light, and to secure safety by intercepting LD light emission on a prescribed level or higher. <P>SOLUTION: A light source part is composed of an optical unit with a built-in light receiving element 11 for receiving laser light and monitoring the light intensity of the received light.
