PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a margin of action timing appropriate by reducing action timing change by peripheral temperature. SOLUTION: A power module is disclosed which includes: a power-supply voltage terminal (Vs) for inputting a power-supply voltage; a ground terminal (GND); a first voltage terminal (CPH); a second voltage terminal (CPL); a first to a third switches (HV, FV, BD); a first to third amplification circuits (102a, 102b, 102c) which amplify control signals for controlling the first to the third switches, respectively. The first switch is connected between the power- supply voltage terminal and the first voltage terminal. The second switch is connected between the first voltage terminal and the ground terminal.
