PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building capable of storing wet clothing without securing a special storing place. SOLUTION: The building provided with the hang pipe is characterized in that a retractable cylinder with an inner cylinder housed in an outer cylinder so it can be drawn is used as the hang pipe wherein at least one part can be housed in a wall of the building by embedding the cylinder in the wall or passing it through the wall and fixing it to the wall.
