PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a linear insert collides against and can not be mounted on a main reinforcement when the main reinforcement is not located on a normal position due to a curvature of the main reinforcement in a conventional method wherein the linear insert is fixed in an inset mounting hole of a form in the direction of the main reinforcement for fixing a bracket so as to install a scaffolding or the like at a construction site constituted of the form placed to construct a concrete skeleton and the main reinforcement arranged inside of the form and that a concrete is placed and fixed to the inside of the form. SOLUTION: The insert comprises an insert body 1A and a bond reinforcing bar 1B, the insert body 1A comprises an insert deformed bar 1A1, a column section 1A2 provided to the outside end part of the insert deformed bar 1A1, an internal screw section 1A3, a cap 1A4 and a plug pin 1A5 fitted into the internal screw section 1A3, and the bond reinforcing bar 1B constituted of a reinforcing deformed bar 1B1 is fixed to the side of the insert deformed bar 1A1 in a state to intersect the main reinforcement.
