PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block body by which a height of a concrete block can be easily adjusted. SOLUTION: The block body 1 is provided with a side ditch block 2 installed on an installation face 4 and a height adjusting means 3 for adjusting level position of the side ditch block 2. The height adjusting means 3 consists of a nut 9 having a first female screw section 10, a second female screw section 11 and a control element 12. Further the height adjusting means 3 includes a bolt 13 which is arranged in the side ditch block 2 and provided with a male screw part for engaging with the first female screw part 10. Furthermore, the height adjusting means 3 is provided with a support leg 14 having a base section 14a forming a bottom face 14c that is a contact part be brought into contact with the installation face 4 and a male screw section engaging with the second female screw section 11. The direction of the screw of a male screw section of bolt 13 engaging with the first female screw part 10 is opposite to that of the second female screw part 11 engaging with the male screw part of the support leg 14.
