PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall or roof support bracket for an outside insulation building which can be easily attached to a concrete wall or joist horizontally. SOLUTION: The bracket 10 is characterized by that it is provided with a steel rectangular base plate 12, a through hole 12a for an anchor bolt is provided in a center of the base plate, through holes 12b for perpendicularity or horizontality adjusting screws are provided in four corners, it is provided with a body 20 formed by equal angle steel, one end of the body is fixed to one face of the base plate so that one edge of the equal angle steel is arranged in parallel with an upper rim of the base plate and another edge is arranged in parallel with a side rim of the base plate, and the base plate is arranged in parallel with the concrete wall or joist by adjusting degrees of insertion of the perpendicularity or horizontality adjusting screws 16 inserted in the through holes for the perpendicularity or horizontality adjusting screws in attachment to the concrete wall or joist.
