PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandbag unit capable of quickly and easily prepare a sandbag by one person though it is very troublesome in a conventional case, easily packing sludge in cleaning sewage and the like by forming a drainage hole 5, preventing the attachment of sludge to clothes and hands, and quickly and performing the work by one person. SOLUTION: This sandbag unit can be quickly and easily prepared by one person though the conventional sandbag is prepared by two persons, and configurated by a hollow conical or cylindrical case provided with an earth and sand inlet port 1 having a wide opening part to easily put earth and sand, sludge and the like therein, to hold a sandbag, and further to easily use a shovel, and further provided with a handle or handle part 2 to be easily handled. An earth and sand reservoir part 3 is formed for reserving the earth and sand and the sludge, and the drainage hole 5 is formed to discharge the water in the sludge.
