SOLUTION: This transition-metal complex is expressed by general formula (1) [M is a 4 group transition-metal element in the periodic table; A and B are each a 15 group element in the periodic table; R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, X1and X2are each H, a halogen, a 1-20C alkyl, a 7-20C aralkyl, a 6-20C aryl, a 1-20C substituted silyl, a 1-20C alkoxy, a 7-20C aralkyloxy, a 6-20C aryloxy or a 2-20C disubstituted amino, provided that R1and R2, or any two of adjacent R3, R4, R5, and R6may arbitrarily bond to each other to form a ring; and n is 1 or 2, m is 0, 1 or 2, provided that (m+n) is 2 or 3].
