POROUS SUPPORT HAVING COMPLEX STRUCTURE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND REINFORCED MEMBRANE COMPRISING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a porous support comprising a first nanoweb, a second nanoweb, and a third nanoweb in which nanofibers are integrated in the form of a non-woven fabric including a plurality of pores, the second nanoweb which is formed in one side of the first nanoweb and has pores having a smaller average diameter compared to the pores of the first nanoweb, and the third nanoweb which is formed in other side of the first nanoweb oppositely to one side having the second nanoweb formed thereon and has pores having a smaller average diameter compared to the pores of the first nanoweb, a method for preparing the porous support, and a reinforced membrane comprising the porous support. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a porous support comprising a second nanoweb and a third nanoweb which are formed on both sides of a first nanoweb having pores with a relatively large average diameter formed therein, of which pores have a smaller average diameter compared to the pores formed in the first nanoweb, a method for preparing the porous support, and a reinforced membrane comprising the porous support. A porous support according to the present invention is capable of increasing an impregnation amount of an ionic conductor within pores, and is capable of innovatively improving dimensional stability of the porous support accordingly since the porous support is capable of increasing internal porosity thereof. Further, a porous support according to the present invention is very advantageous since the porous support is capable of forming surface thereof more compactly compared to inner part thereof, thereby maintaining excellent mechanical strength while increasing the impregnation amount.
