SUBSTANCE: selector switch introduced on sending end has its first input connected to output of modulo two adder for code word parts and second input is connected to output of code word information part shaper; code- word information part register introduced on receiving end has its input connected to output of binary filter register, accumulator outputs being connected to decoder inputs and to outputs of error correction unit whose outputs are connected to inverting inputs of code-word information part shift register.
