PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, etc., of stretching a net member, capable of easily stretching a net member to make the outer appearance fine. SOLUTION: The method is for holding, stretching and setting the net member 4 such as a fabric or cloth between a pair of overlapped frame bodies 31 and 32. The overlapped frame bodies 31 and 32 are jointed inseparably by partly fastening them with a plurality of fasteners 41 and 42. The net member 4 is pressed or pulled around the areas near the fasteners 41 and 42 to adjust the stretching state of the net member with the fasteners 41 and 42 being detached or loosened.
