PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bending occurring during handling in a panel for a building exterior facing formed by a laminated material of holding resin between aluminum thin sheets. SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 11a with the same shape as a side face folded back part 13 or a narrower width is attached to at least a center portion inner face of the longitudinal side face folded back part 13 provided with a hook like locking slit 15 of the panel 1.
