PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing cement capable of stably manufacturing the cement by surely feeding sludge into a rotary kiln. SOLUTION: In manufacturing the cement with cement manufacturing equipment provided with a preheater for preheating cement raw materials and the rotary kiln for burning the cement raw materials, the wet sludge is charged into the lowermost cyclone of the preheater and is fed together with the cement raw materials into the rotary kiln through the raw materials chute.
