PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new absorptivity-improving technique for improving absorptivity of a water-soluble medicine with slight or low absorptivity from the alimentary canal, and for obtaining a blood drug concentration effective for treatment. SOLUTION: The preparation is prepared by formulating d-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate (Eastman vitamin E TPGS NF) and an ester mixture of a glycerol ester of a 6-18C fatty acid, with a macrogol ester of a 6-18C fatty acid, with the water-soluble medicine with slight or low absorptivity.
