PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper post-processing device for certainly conveying paper received from a Z-folding device after stitching it and certainly discharging the paper without generating wrinkle, breakage, or the like. SOLUTION: A pair of delivery rollers 91 are semi-opened, the rear end of a paper bundle Sa in the delivery direction is held by a discharge belt 74 of a delivery part 90 and conveyed on a paper loading table 71. The tip of the paper bundle Sa in the delivery direction arrives at the proximity of a grappling position of the pair of delivery rollers 91, then the paper conveying is temporarily stopped, and the pair of delivery rollers 91 are put into a pressure contact state. The paper bundle Sa is contacted by pressure and grappled by the pair of delivery rollers 91 and re-conveyed, and the pressure contact of driven rollers 911 of the pair of delivery rollers 91 is temporarily released during conveying the paper bundle Sa, and looseness of the paper bundle Sa during conveying is removed. Then, the driven rollers 911 are put into the pressure contact state again, and the pair of delivery rollers 91 are controlled to grapple and discharge the paper bundle Sa. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
