PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a stacked article coping with a stepped part generated between the uppermost surfaces. SOLUTION: In the method for forming a stacked article 208, after a group of filled box-like bodies 1, 2 for accommodating an article 4 to be accommodated is stacked at a plurality of positions on a receiving body 200, a group of the box-like bodies 5 is fixed to the receiving body 200 side by a fixing means 205. When the total number of stacked box-like bodies 1, 2 against the receiving body are conveyed by a conveying line 10 and the box-like bodies 1, 2 are distributed to a plurality of positions to step-load them, difference in level of the position having low height is absorbed when the difference in level is generated between the uppermost surfaces 5a at a plurality of positions. Thus, it can cope with the difference in level generated between the uppermost surfaces 5a. Even if the filled box-like bodies 1, 2 having different shapes are stacked, the loading attitude in which the difference in level is not generated between the uppermost surfaces 5a can be formed. A destroying of the baggage and dropping off are hardly generated at the time of conveying. Even in the case of a flat plate-like receiving body opened with four sides, the stacked article 208 in which a destroying of the baggage and dropping off are hardly generated can be formed.
