PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a proper level difference in a floating body structure without trouble by adjusting buoyancy in a laying state of the floating body structure without executing the additional setting or a float change using the diving work or lifting equipment when the level difference from the upper face of the floating body structure to the water surface caused by a decrepit float or adhesion of shellfishes or the like. SOLUTION: A structure body 4 floating on the water surface is provided with a buoyancy adjustment device 11 positioned under the water below the structure body 4, and capable of changing an inner air amount by taking in and out water or air from the outside.
