FIELD: machine engineering, preferably torque transmitting between coaxial shafts. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal coupling includes driving semicoupling and embracing it driven semicoupling, both semicouplings are engaged by means of friction shoes. Said friction shoes are mounted on elastic members secured to driving semicoupling. Novelty is using of elastic members in the form of arc-shaped rods. One end of each rod is secured to driving semicoupling. On free end of each rod friction shoe is arranged and it is mounted by means of axle on driving semicoupling with possibility of rotation for forcing to driving semicoupling. Mounting position of axle does not coincide with mass center of friction shoe. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and repairability of coupling, possibility for smoothly driving coupling and controlling rigidity of elastic member. 5 cl, 2 dwg
