PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting polyurethane elastomer molding with low hardness and low compression set, and provided with excellent moldability. SOLUTION: This thermosetting polyurethane elastomer molding is obtained by mixing and reacting (i) a prepolymer having an isocyanate terminal group obtained by reacting a polyoxyalkylene polyol having 4,000 to 12,000 number- average molecular weight and 2 to 3 average number of hydroxy groups with (ii) a curing agent mainly comprising a polyoxyalkylene polyol having 4,000 to 12,000 number-average molecular weight and more than 2 to 3 average number of hydroxy groups.
