PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a price tag holder which makes a price tag easily readable even if the price tag is annexed to a high position or a low position. SOLUTION: The price tag holder 1 attached to a hook hanger F furnished with an upper bar J and lower bar K disposed to project forward in parallel is provided with a supporting member 2 fastened to the front end of the upper bar J and a card holder 3 connected to the supporting member 2. The card holder 3 is connected to the supporting member 2 by making its front plate 4 freely changeable over to an upwardly inclined state, vertical state and downwardly inclined state.
