PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable assumption of a compression ratio based on a discharge pressure saturation temperature and an intake pressure saturation temperature, and to secure an allowable compression ratio by changing a compressor frequency. SOLUTION: Whether the compressor operation frequency Hz is 10 Hz or more and less than 20 Hz and whether the discharge pressure saturation temperature T cm is larger than 1.25×Tem+25 or not are determined. If both determinations are Yes, a counter C is incremented and it is determined whether the counter C is equal to a counter set value Cn or not, and if the counter C is equal to the counter set value Cn, a lower limit frequency minHz is set to 20 Hz. If either determination is No, the counter C is set to 0, and both determinations shall be made again.
