PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a softening agent having excellent compatibility with a (meth)acrylic resin and viscosity stability and having no bleeding, or the like even after heated/melted, a (meth)acrylic resin composition incorporated with the same, and to provide a molded product using this composition. SOLUTION: The (meth)acrylic resin composition contains the softening agent comprising a diester obtained from a polyoxyalkylene (alkyl)phenyl ether and/or a polyoxyalkylene benzyl ether both represented by the formula [1]: P-O-(A-O-)n-H (wherein P represents phenyl group, an alkylphenyl group, a halogen-substituted phenyl group or a benzyl group; A represents an alkylene group having 2-3 carbon atoms; and (n) represents an integer of 1-10) and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid.
