PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latex having no working problem because the blending stability of a resin mortar composition which contains cement and a filler, is good and easy to work just after blended material painting because leather spreading is not exhibited just after the painting, and furthermore having a good following property and good adhesiveness to underside concrete as the flexibility of a cement hardened product is good. SOLUTION: The latex obtained by emulsion polymerization of a specific component monomer and which has a specific structure is combined with the cement and the filler. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
